TESTIMONIAL

Goalies today  must be physically fit, mentally prepared and technically skilled. These are the skills taught by Jamie at ATC. Jamie is an experienced goalie coach and highly qualified instructor. Our son Jesse has been working with Jamie at ATC for approximately one year. During this time we have seen Jesse elevate his game to a higher level. His confidence has improved and his all around understanding of the position and what it takes to be successful has increased dramatically. Jesse looks forward to his sessions with Jamie, whether it is a challenging workout or a one on one post game review. Jamie is a role model and mentor to our son and he has gained Jesse’s trust and more importantly earned his respect. Thanks Jamie!!

Private Session Overview
Our 1on1 sessions are sold as either 30 or 60 min lessons. Each lesson starts with a skating and movement intensive portion to provide our goalies an opportunity to warm up as well as our instructors an opportunity to assess areas of needed instruction. Once the goalie is warmed up the instructor will execute a custom lesson plan based upon positioning, rebound control, gloves as well as any additional areas that the goalie requests instruction on.

The importance of being ON TIME
To effectively offer the high level training we do, we must take advantage of our ice time.

• All students are required to be on the ice on time in complete gear
• When the instructor is all goalies are listening
• Time is valuable, lack of effort or poor behavior will result in a warning or being asked to leave the ice.
