ATC GOALTENDING SPRING/SUMMER 2011 OPTIONS

We have 3 different options this spring/summer that will help goalies of all ages/skill levels get ready for the coming season. We believe that there is a program for all goalies regardless of what skills they want to improve on and/or off the ice. Below are the options, click the link at the bottom of each description for complete information on the program.

Option #1

COMBO TRAINING

AGE GROUP(S)

Group A – Midget AAA – Jr A ($375 per month)

Group B – Bantam AA – Midget AAA ($299 per month)

Program Length: April – August (14 weeks)

On Ice sessions – 14

Off Ice sessions - 28

ATC Goaltending is once again offering a combination of on and off ice training for the 2011 summer. This program will allow you to take your fitness to a new level and prepare you for the 2011-2012 season! In addition to the on/off ice combo training day we will also be offering an additional day of off ice training!! Click here for program details and schedule.

Option #2

INTRODUCTION TO ON/OFF ICE TRAINING

AGE GROUP

Group C – Atom/PeeWee ($799)

Program Length: April – June (10 weeks)

On Ice sessions – 10

Off Ice sessions - 10

ATC Goaltending will be offering an introduction to goalie specific off ice training this spring/summer. This program will be on and off ice based with the off ice sessions getting all participants an introduction into to proper off ice training for goaltenders. Option #3

SPRING 1 ON 1 TRAINING

AGE GROUP – OPEN

Program Length: April – June (10 sessions)

30 min session pricing – 1 session - $75/ 5 pack - $375/ 10 pack - $650 (not including GST)

75 min session pricing – 1 session - $125/ 5 pack - $550/ 10 pack - $1000 (not including GST)

ATC Goaltending has booked additional ice to provide 1 on 1 sessions from April – June in order to keep your game sharp during the off season. The 1 on 1 sessions provide the unique opportunity to tailor the complete session towards your individual needs. Click here for program information and schedule.

Option #4

Playoff 1 on 1 Training

Location: Strathcona Olympiette Centre (Fultonvale, AB) For directions to the arena click here

Day of the week: Wednesdays (Sessions run until March 16th, 2011)

Time: 830PM, 9PM or 930PM (30 or 60 Minute Sessions)

Price: $70 + GST/5 Pack - $350 + GST/10 Pack - $650 + GST (30 Minute Sessions)

Price: $120 + GST/ 5 Pack - $550 + GST/ 10 Pack - $999 + GST (60 Minute Sessions)

ATC Goaltending will continue to offer 1 on 1 training at the small ice surface in Fultonvale (SOC Arena) until March 16th, 2011. Space is filling quickly so please register via email (jamie@atcgoaltending.com) if you are interested.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING OPTIONS

Attend Team Practice - $80 + GST

ATC Goaltending will come out to your fall/spring team practice and work with the goaltenders in a team environment. These sessions can be by individual request or by the request of the team/coach. Communication with the coaching staff prior to the practice is required so that there can be dedicated “goalie time” during the practice.

Game Analysis - $90 + GST

ATC Goaltending will attend an exhibition, league or tournament game and evaluate the goaltender’s performance. We will keep track of shots on goal, power play opportunities, power play shots, performance trends, key areas to focus on and an overall summary of performance. After the game we will tailor a specific set of drills for the goaltender to use in their upcoming practice.

Satellite Camp - $2750 + GST

ATC will come to your community and put on a weekend camp for ALL the goaltenders within the MHA that organizes the camp. The camp will consist of on ice, off ice and lecture training sessions. The camp is structured similarly to our summer camp programs. These camps have been great galvanizing tools for the goalies of smaller minor hockey associations as they get the instruction and attention that is sometimes lacking at all levels of minor hockey. Last year we travelled to Slave Lake, Falher, Red Deer, Fairview and Grande Prairie, Alberta.
