ATC Goaltending is passionate about coaching goalies of all ages/skill levels along their journey of playing goal. Armed with almost two decades of experience, we will help you navigate the technical, tactical, mental, and emotional components of playing in the net. Regardless of age/level/ the position of goaltender is difficult - we are here to help ease the burden and support you in any way possible. Developing relationships that last long after an ice time is our goal - we want to pass on our experience and expertise in the hopes that we help you make one more save each time. Meet The Team
Jamie McCaig is the owner of ATC Goaltending and has been a full-time goalie coach for the past 18 years. Jamie played Junior A in the BCHL and AJHL, USport at the University of Lethbridge, and professionally in the WCHL and ECHL. Jamie has been a Junior A/WHL goalie coach for the past 14 seasons, where he has helped move numerous goalies on to the NCAA, USport, SPHL, ECHL, AHL, and NHL. Jamie is currently the goalie coach for Alberni Valley (BCHL), Camrose Kodiaks (AJHL), NAIT men's hockey team (ACAC), and the Junior Oilers U18AAA White (AEHL) team.
Robby Nolan joined ATC in the summer of 2021 after a successful AJHL career, earning an NCAA scholarship to Michigan Tech and four seasons in the IHL, CHL, ECHL, and AHL before finishing his career in Denmark. Robby is currently the goalie coach for the KC U17AAA Centennials.
Allen York was a stand-out goalie with the Camrose Kodiaks (AJHL), earning him an NCAA RPI scholarship. After three seasons, Allen signed with the Columbus Blue Jackets (NHL) and played five professional seasons, including spending the 2011-12 season with Columbus. Allen has been a full-time instructor with ATC for the past six years.
