Lock in weekly one-on-one training with a mix of technical and game-play focus.

 

Packages are available in five or ten sessions to fit your schedule.

Thursdays are dedicated to technical development, with a focus on positioning, tracking, recoveries, and executing in-tight plays. Fridays shift to game-play situations, where goalies work on puck handling, reading the play, managing traffic, and refining positioning under pressure.

These sessions are designed to provide consistent, individualized coaching that keeps you sharp and progressing throughout the season.
